{"id":12093,"date":"2024-04-30T00:32:04","date_gmt":"2024-04-30T00:32:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/billing-analyst\/"},"modified":"2024-04-30T00:32:04","modified_gmt":"2024-04-30T00:32:04","slug":"billing-analyst","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/billing-analyst\/","title":{"rendered":"Billing Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> Marc Daniels<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a330,000 &#8211; \u00a335,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 26\/04\/2024<\/p>\n<p>Marc Daniels are recruiting a Billing Analyst to join a well-known, established company based in Feltham on an interim basis.<\/p>\n<p>This role sits within a large billings team.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a background in finance and have strong MS Excel skills, this role will be perfect for you!<\/p>\n<p><strong>THIS ROLE IS OFFICE BASED (5 DAYS IN THE OFFICE)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>YOU MUST BE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF FELTHAM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate manual invoices and credits notes <\/li>\n<li>Reconcile all sales activity each month<\/li>\n<li>Operate best billing practices ensuring full data validation, identify\/highlight any areas for possible process improvement and work to implement these.<\/li>\n<li>Have full ownership of Billing process.<\/li>\n<li>Raise invoices, update pricing when advised by the Commercial\/Business Development team<\/li>\n<li>Fully document processes, including the controls and checks incorporated into the process to ensure we bill right, first time, every time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to demonstrate competency with IT skills<\/li>\n<li>Use and understanding of Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n<li>Data handling<\/li>\n<li>Advanced level Excel<\/li>\n<li>Extensive billing experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Understand double entry accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
