The offices are smart, with a real focus on creating&nbsp; a modern and welcoming working environment  &#8211; so that the office is a fantastic place to be!<\/p>\n<p>The role is a comprehensive credit control role, giving ownership of your ledger and end-to-end management of your accounts.<\/p>\n<p>Duties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contacting customers by phone\/email to proactively chase payment of accounts<\/li>\n<li>Relationship building with your customers and internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Accurate recording of data<\/li>\n<li>Allocation of payments,<\/li>\n<li>Investigation of unallocated cash<\/li>\n<li>Query resolution<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on debt position<\/li>\n<li>Working with account managers to manage accounts<\/li>\n<li>Working with legal team as required for escalated debt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> The ideal candidate will have had end-to-end exposure to credit control duties within a transactional finance team. However, if some aspects of the role have not been covered previously, training will be provided and salary will be dependant on level of experience.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Experience required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some hands on credit control experience &#8211; minimum 9 months<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and relationship building skills<\/li>\n<li>Confident and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Works well within a small, close-knit team<\/li>\n<li>Excellent eye for detail<\/li>\n<li>Good use of systems and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Highly organised<\/li>\n<li>Eye for process improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Benefits include:&nbsp; 26 days holiday incl birthday , plus bank hols.
