My client is searching for a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their growing firm based in Wolverhampton, Staffordshire.<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 To undertake and supervise fee-earning work in residential conveyancing. \u2022 Ensure the successful development of the Department in line with the Firm\u2019s strategy.
\u2022 Conduct of matters on behalf of clients.
\u2022 Supervision of fee-earning work (including acting as Team Leader for the purposes of CQS compliance).
\u2022 Management of all fee-earning and support staff within the department.
\u2022 Financial control with particular regard to cash flow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures.
\u2022 Undertake regular reviews of business development.
\u2022 Promoting the firm and organisation of marketing activity undertaken by the firm.
\u2022 Ensuring compliance with quality control procedures for all matters within their control.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Comprehensive experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing.
\u2022 Experience of freehold and leasehold commercial work is desirable but not essential.
\u2022 Experience of CQS compliance.<\/p>\n
