&#163;250 \u2013 &#163;350 Per day \u2013 Umbrella<\/p>\n<p>Reed Talent Solutions are working with the Metropolitan Police, who are looking for a Business Change Facilitator to support the My Performance &amp; Development team.&nbsp; The Business Change Facilitator will run face to face and virtual training for any level  of officer or staff who requires support to implement the changes to My Performance and Development which have been introduced over the last 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>Essential Criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent engagement skills<\/li>\n<li>Confident with the use of technology<\/li>\n<li>Strong objection handling skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to train people and understand where difficulties are encountered and adjust<\/li>\n<li>Organisation skills to manage and run sessions<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable dealing with varying levels within an organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desirable Criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An understanding of organisational performance and development<\/li>\n<li>Policing<\/li>\n<li>Training experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Activities to deliver the outcomes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the lead facilitator to target the audiences and book sessions<\/li>\n<li>Manage arrangements for the logistics of sessions<\/li>\n<li>Agree the target audience for future sessions<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up review to ensure the outcome is an increased number of people engaged with Performance &amp; Development<\/li>\n<li>Deliver sessions to meet the needs of the business, agree the approach with each group ahead of scheduling<\/li>\n<li>Weekly report of activities done, feedback from sessions and next week activities<\/li>\n<li>Identify challenges and agree workarounds or changes to approach that are needed<\/li>\n<li>Report back any challenges or problems encountered by user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hybrid working arrangements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Various on-site locations to be agreed as per a defined schedule<\/li>\n<li>Some home working when Teams sessions appropriate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Main Site\/Office location<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kilburn \u2013 this is the site where the team managing the work is located and will be visited from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working Hours<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9-5 day- general approach to working<\/li>\n<li>Some early starts or evening work may be necessary<\/li>\n<li>Possible weekend work but unlikely<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An ideal candidate\u2019s background &amp;
