Join a welcoming and diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork  and proactive engagement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Immediate Trials<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Position: SEN Teaching Assistants<\/li>\n<li>Needs: PMLD, SEMH, ADHD, ASD and other related SEN. <\/li>\n<li>Daily Salary: &#163;90 &#8211; &#163;100 <\/li>\n<li>Working Days: 5 days a week<\/li>\n<li>Hours: 8:30 &#8211; 16:00<\/li>\n<li>Contract: Temp &#8211; Perm<\/li>\n<li>Location: Norwood<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>School Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The vibrant SEN school community situated in a modern building with diverse learning spaces, including a forest area, games rooms, gyms, and sensory rooms and on-site therapist is available for both pupils and staff!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Autism, ADHD, SEMH and PMLD. Have excellent behaviour management and conflict resolution skills, and a caring and patient approach.
