A national remit, you will lead two HR Business Partners in delivering a best in class service to the employee base.<\/p>\n Reporting to the Director of Operations, with a line into the Head of HR, this role has lots of autonomy, alongside ability to partner with all levels of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
