Our client is seeking a Senior Loss Adjuster (A-FCILA) to work from home and manage a small team of Loss Adjusters operating throughout the North West (Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire etc) as required handling Domestic & HNW losses. <\/p>\n
You will report into the UK Operations Director and be typically responsible for the allocation of claims, service levels, technical output, staff appraisals & training \/ development etc.
We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager and\/or Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team. <\/p>\n
This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or an Adjuster looking to get into management and you will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice. <\/p>\n
