Read on for what we are looking for\u2026<\/p>\n About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n Sytner Leicester have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.<\/p>\n As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.<\/p>\n Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.<\/p>\n On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £50,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.<\/p>\n About You<\/strong><\/p>\n You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.<\/p>\n A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.<\/p>\n Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 03\/05\/2024\n
