Business Development Manager – Indian speaking<\/strong><\/p>\n

Business Development Manager – Indian speaking essential required for Premier Global Legal Management firm to provide services exclusively to Non-Resident Indians and overseas people of Indian origin. <\/p>\n

Our client specialize in delivering dedicated legal services relating to issues of immovable and moveable assets to the Indian diaspora<\/p>\n

The BDM will be working closely with the legal support teams at HQ in  INDIA to ensure the company are able to deliver time bound proposals and briefs on clients legal requirements. <\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

\u2022 Deliver on Business Development Goals for Legal Services in the designated territory\/Geography which will entail planning, building and executing a holistic strategy and <\/p>\n

business plan with a multi-year outlook for creating substantial and consistent revenue stream for the company. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Client servicing and Client relationship management. Maintain day to day client interactions, ensuring that client expectations are met as per defined SLA\u2019s and upsell additional revenue <\/p>\n

opportunities. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Develop plans to achieve revenue targets, profitability and market share objectives. Implement and execute those plans and maintain strong and steady rhythm for the Ad revenue <\/p>\n

engine. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Providing actionable insight on ad performance using analytics tools. Manage all internal team reporting on various metrics as defined by the company. <\/p>\n

Role in Business Process: <\/p>\n

\u2022 Results \u2013 This primary responsibility for the role is the successful achievement of the sales  targets in each FY. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring the <\/p>\n

business development team contributes towards the continued growth of the company\u2019s legal services and managing end to end client relationships, prospecting new client and ensuring <\/p>\n

there is a continued and repeat business from clients. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Position Scope \u2013 The role has a key responsibility for achieving sales targets which is part of strategic long term business plan, these targets have ramifications to the success of the <\/p>\n

company as there is tremendous market by market focus required and building a strong and steady revenue stream that has been identified as one of the most strategic and important bets <\/p>\n

on which the continued worldwide success of the company\u2019s legal services. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Decision Making \u2013 Account by account marketing and sales support. Investment apportionment by account and recourse utilization. The implications of these decisions will be <\/p>\n

realised via the performance and revenues generated for the total business within the designated territory and at a global level. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Strategy and Development \u2013 The role is integral to be valued contributor delivering insights on market trends and dynamics. Keeping a keen eye on existing\/emerging competitors and <\/p>\n

providing these insights to the Global Head \u2013 Business Development. This will ensure that the strategic plans can continue to adapt to the emerging market trends. <\/p>\n

\u2022 People Management-The business development manager will be provided with an operations & administration executive who will provide all back end support on the ground <\/p>\n

reporting into the role on a hard line\/dotted line reporting structure. <\/p>\n

The Ideal Candidate: <\/p>\n

\u2022 You will have 8 \u2013 10 years previous experience as a Business Development Manager <\/p>\n

\u2022 A Bachelor\u2019s Degree is Essential or Master\u2019s Degree is desired <\/p>\n

\u2022 Have a strong knowledge of business development, sales, client servicing, managing and <\/p>\n

retaining client relationships <\/p>\n

\u2022 Must be able to speak Hindi, Gujarati OR Punjabi fluently <\/p>\n
