\u00a345,000 per annum, negotiable, inc benefits<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 27\/04\/2024<\/p>\n<p>Resolve Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the UK&#8217;s most successful Insurers.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to join a company which places a huge emphasis on valuing both their customers and employees, then please apply.<\/p>\n<p>Due to continued growth, our client is currently looking to employ an experienced Large Loss Claims Handler.<\/p>\n<p>Salary: Up to &#163;45k (dependant on experience) plus extensive benefits<\/p>\n<p>Would you like to work for an Insurer that offers exceptional support to their clients?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Permanent, full time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role will be covering <strong>Large Loss\/Complex Claims<\/strong> across the UK on a remote working from home basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing a portfolio of <strong>large loss claims<\/strong> which are due as a result of an RTA<\/li>\n<li><strong>Managing your own diary<\/strong> and coordinating customer appointments<\/li>\n<li>Travelling to policyholders home addresses (usually 2-3 times a week<strong>); assessing the damage<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Recording all loses, <strong>valuing and negotiating<\/strong> a claim for settlement<\/li>\n<li>Manage the claims spend and making <strong>authorised payments<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Support the <strong>Customer Service team<\/strong> with complaints; particularly complaints involving the FOS<\/li>\n<li>Proactively handle a portfolio of motor claims consisting of mainly high value bodily injury with a value up to &#163;150,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate will have \/ be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working as an <strong>Insurance Claim Handler including Personal Injury <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Strong knowledge<\/strong> of insurance\/indemnity policies<\/li>\n<li>Capable of negotiating claims with policyholders and loss assessors<\/li>\n<li>Excellent <strong>organisation skills<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to <strong>negotiate<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A full clean driving license<\/strong> is required due to the nature of the role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our client is offering a generous benefits package to include 25 days holiday, an onsite gym and a strong investment in employee talent management.<\/p>\n<p>If this looks to be of interest to you, please apply TODAY!!<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b> 08\/06\/2024<br \/>\n<b>Contract Type:<\/b> Permanent<br \/>\n<b>Submitted Applications:<\/b> 0<\/p>\n<p><a class='btn btn-block btn-primary theme-btn-primary' style='text-align: center;
