We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join a long-standing legal 500 law firm, based in Walsall, supporting with the growth of the family\/care team.<\/p>\n
In this role as a Legal Secretary, your key duties will include:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Provide one to one support to a solicitor
\u2022 Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face
\u2022 Case management & diary management
\u2022 Managing files and tight deadlines
\u2022 Handling dictation
\u2022 Assisting with legal aid applications
\u2022 Assisting with general administrative duties
\u2022 Knowledge of care and public law desirable, but not essential
