It also supports exceptional talent to create and maximise their own IP and potential.<br \/>A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a TV or film lawyer to join the company at such a pivotal time. &nbsp;They have a number of projects in development and are working with a range of highly talented creatives across multiple genres.<br \/>As Head of Business Affairs, you will deliver a first class legal &amp; business affairs service, which will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting busy development teams: including negotiating and contracting options, writers agreements and development\/co-development agreements<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating with all major broadcasters, SVODs&nbsp;and platforms<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and negotiating across the programming slate; broadcaster and co-production negotiations, and distribution and exploitation arrangements as necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>You will have significant experience gained within a fast-paced media\/production company or media law firm. Excellent knowledge of TV development, production and distribution in the area of scripted TV\/film content is important. &nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>You will be commercial, dynamic, technically excellent and approachable.
