One of Northern Ireland’s largest public sector authorities located in Co. Armagh with an estate that includes leisure facilities, parks, public buildings and offices. <\/p>\n
This will be on an initial temporary basis, likely to last c.6 months, reporting to the Head of Estates.You will be required to:<\/p>\n\n
Degree level qualification in a relevant subject such as Higher National Certificate in Building Services Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent qualification and<\/strong> be able to demonstrate, by providing personal and specific examples, at least one year’s relevant experience in a consulting mechanical engineering environment, client side estates role or working for a maintenance contractor managing a large public estate.<\/p>\n
