This would be an excellent move for a bookkeeper that is pursuing a genuinely rewarding opportunity within a supportive working environment.<\/p>\n<p>Now couldn\u2019t be a better time to join the firm!<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform day to day bookkeeping for clients from various transactional streams (weekly, monthly, quarterly)<\/li>\n<li>Review and take ownership of report submissions, transferring accounts to the year-end team for further processing<\/li>\n<li>Confirming that records are up-to-date and accurate reports are delivered to clients in a timely fashion<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the VAT returns are correct and submitted on time in line with HMRC<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Outsourcing Manager in preparing cashflow forecasts \/ budgets from data provided by client on an ad-hoc basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous bookkeeping experience gained within in accountancy practice or from within an accounts function in industry<\/li>\n<li>Qualified by experience or AAT studier both considered<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients, colleagues and HMRC<\/li>\n<li>Previous practical knowledge of accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero or Sage are beneficial but not essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What\u2019s on offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base salary up to &#163;30,000, dependent upon experience<\/li>\n<li>Flexible hybrid working including working from home<\/li>\n<li>Supportive working environment, family focussed and with genuine work life balance<\/li>\n<li>4 or 5 working days per week, would consider part time hours<\/li>\n<li>Free car parking, fantastic office location in Stratford-Upon-Avon<\/li>\n<li>Future career development opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Register your interest by applying today or call Luke to discuss this opportunity further, always in complete confidence.<\/p>\n<p>Addington Ball is a specialist finance and accounting recruitment consultancy covering the Midlands and Northern Home counties.
