They work on a variety of different projects which include; commercial, industrial and high-end residential. They have a strong pipeline  of work and are looking for the right people to join their team for this continued growth.<strong>Your new role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a master baseline schedule in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project software as per the company procedures, industry best practise and client specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Using schedule hierarchy, create schedules for project delivery and communicate these to the project team.<\/li>\n<li>Create separate and integrated templates and model programmes for three stages being Pre-construction, construction and commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Create detailed schedules covering design, procurement, installation and close out.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporate the trade contractors&#8217; schedules into the Company schedule hierarchy.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate the scheduling and project controls matters to all members of the project team, which includes the Company, the client, the design team, and the trade contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Manage progress reporting and integration of progress information into the company&#8217;s progress reports.<\/li>\n<li>Create and monitor KPIs and production of weekly\/monthly dashboards and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in the change management process to determine the impact of change on the programme.<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage the commissioning programme.<\/li>\n<li>Develop commissioning KPI&#8217;s and reporting regime.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare time impact analyses to support extension of time claims.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate extension of time claims from trade contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and provide training to junior staff. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll need to succeed<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working as an M&amp;E Planner ideally on High End residential or commerical building services projects.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience using MS Project is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in construction planning in Mechanical\/Electrical Building Services contracting is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to produce reports.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to converse with clients and stakeholders at ease.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work to own directive and stick to strict timeline schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll get in return<\/strong><br \/>Competitive Salary<br \/><strong>What you need to do now<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re interested in this role, click &#8216;apply now&#8217; to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.<br \/>If this job isn&#8217;t quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.<\/p>\n<p>Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
