The Investor Services team respond to requests and queries from mutual clients which are received  via phone, email, or written enquiry. The team are responsible for maintaining and ensuring that we meet our agreed KPIs with our clients. We are responsible for providing a fast, efficient, accurate service with a limited number of handoffs to ensure the  shareholder needs are met and aligned with Client expectations and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Manager, Client Processing is responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operational requirements are being managed to achieve all the service level agreements and key performance indicators.<\/li>\n<li>These tasks include but are not limited to review of investor\/distributor enquiries (multi-channel including telephone, email and postal), quality assurance, trade processing and written enquiries, register updates and updates to reporting preferences.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all Investor Services administrative tasks from Client Onboarding activities to BAU processes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>A key focus of the role is to ensure client initiatives are delivered and strategic planning and action takes place to ensure the future growth and development of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Client service skills required for this role as candidate will be required to deal with high profile Clients.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Produce reporting for senior management, including standard daily and monthly KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Key focus is to ensure team are operating within the defined outsource operating model and meeting challenging service standards.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of fund types &amp; structures from an Investor Services perspective &#8211; including but not limited to Private Equity, Real Estate Credit &amp; Debt Funds.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in adding value to an Investor or Distributor Services team &#8211; delivering process improvements and effecting change.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in managing risk.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical skillset desired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS or BA in a business-related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>5-8 years of experience in financial services (Transfer Agency\/Investor Services experience in Private Equity would be an advantage)<\/li>\n<li>2-5 years\u2019 experience managing people<\/li>\n<li>Superior oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft Office skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy and professionalism<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in written and spoken English is essential for this role.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BNY Mellon offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
