Oversee and contribute to compliance within your area(s) of expertise with QBE Underwriting Authorities, legal and regulatory requirements, peer review and QBE Underwriting standards\/best practices<\/li>\n
Support the portfolio manager to manage resource, motivate, develop, and focus the team(s) to maintain required standards of performance and engagement. Support the continual personal and professional development of team members, with specific reference\/responsibility for your area of expertise<\/li>\n\n
