The successful candidate will have suitable experience in leading and managing project schedules through their full project life cycle and working with multi-discipline Engineering, Design, Production, Procurement, Quality and Commissioning teams. <\/p>\n How you will do it <\/b> <\/p>\n Assisting the Project Managers and Project Engineers in developing project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones, and timelines. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Regularly liaise with project teams to review schedule progress, identify variances, programme impacts and propose corrective actions. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Advise Project teams on programme risks and opportunities with clear production and site derived information. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Report schedule progress to internal and external stakeholders by developing and presenting concise programme presentations to Clients and Project Teams. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Develop tools and effectively communicate programme methodology and key milestones. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Monitor trends across projects. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Engage with the commercial and PM team on matters arising during Contract execution that will cause financial exposure. Reporting of same, to support the Commercial team on justifications. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Advise PM and Mission Critical management on resourcing levels and required programme outputs. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Aid the Resourcing Manager in the development of and participation in Planning Systems and Procedures. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Aid the MCS leaders with the development of schedules and resourcing for the purpose of RFQ\u2019s. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n What we look for <\/b> <\/p>\n Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n 3 + years\u2019 experience in Planning \/ Scheduling within Construction, Factory\/Operations, Pharmaceutical projects. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Excellent communicator and strong people skills. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Very well organized with an attention to detail. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Action and Solution oriented. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proactive \u2013 driven to achieve results. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ability to communicate at all levels, verbal & written. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ability to work with multiple deadlines. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n #LI-JB5 <\/p>\n #LI-onsite<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 04\/06\/2024\n
