The Role:
In the role as an account manager \/ customer success manager you will have full responsibility for a number of accounts, from a variety of sectors including FMCG, Automotive, Financial Services, Corporate Commercial etc. You will be responsible for managing the day to day relationships with the clients as well as looking for cross sell and up sell opportunities within the customer base. You will also be responsible for looking for uplift when it comes to renewal and be someone who is comfortable having a commercial conversation around why the offering is going to cost more in years 2 and 3 etc<\/p>\n
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked a similar environment, so MarTech, or Social Media SaaS technology experience being a must have. Ideally you will have worked as an SDR \/ AE in the past and be looking to transition to Account Manager \/ Customer Success. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast paced high demand environment where you are working with companies all over the world so understanding sometimes you may well be having conversations outside of working hours is important.<\/p>\n
The Package:
On offer will be a competitive basic salary of between £45,000-£60,000 depending on experience along with an uncapped commission plan and share options package that is provided following you completing you probation with NO vesting period as such if the business is sold you will get your percentage.<\/p>\n
