Visa Consultant<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent The successful candidate will be responsible for processing visa applications on behalf of corporate clients and individual customers.<\/p>\n The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n Provide expert advice to customers in completing application forms for visas, passports, and related services.<\/p>\n Provide current and accurate information regarding visa and passport requirements, processing, and delivery, creating a superior experience for the customer.<\/p>\n Ensure customers have clear understanding of the requirements and that all applications and documents submitted are accurate, complete, and timely<\/p>\n Provide customers with real-time updates throughout the process.<\/p>\n The Person:<\/strong><\/p>\n Previous experience of visa processing and the associated issues<\/p>\n Excellent communication and customer services skills<\/p>\n Excellent time management and prioritisation skills – able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n Able to conduct research independently.<\/p>\n Excellent customer and client relationship skills, meeting highest standards of service.<\/p>\n Be a team player.
