\u00a330,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 11\/03\/2024<\/p>\n<p><strong>Servicing Administrator &#8211; &#163;24,000 &#8211; &#163;30,000 DOE &#8211; Bournemouth<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast growing financial services business in their brand new offices as an <strong>Servicing Administrator<\/strong> to support the Servicing Manager and provide exceptional after care to a large portfolio of clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support servicing team with administrative duties &amp; monitor servicing tasks and inbox<\/li>\n<li>Follow up borrowers regarding redemptions and chasing borrowers for monthly payments<\/li>\n<li>Produce redemption statements and liaise with all parties to ensure funds are repaid<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Land Registry Titles are updated before the facility expires<\/li>\n<li>Report any overdue loans to the Head of Servicing<\/li>\n<li>Assist in instructing third party partners such as asset managers and monitoring surveyors<\/li>\n<li>Assist Servicing Manager and Head of Servicing with the management of the company Loan Portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain the company\u2019s CRM, which ensures all internal parties are aware of where each deal is post completion<\/li>\n<li>Manage own pipeline of tasks and ensure tasks are worked\/added in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Head of Servicing (and other members of the Senior Management Team) with updates on the pipeline of deals being worked, ensuring they are being worked efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Provide effective communication to all parties, including introducers and\/or applicants, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times<\/li>\n<li>Work with the wider team so that agreed targets and objectives are met<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback on policies and process to highlight possible improvements or concerns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ideally, experience of Regulation\/Legislation Awareness and knowledge of the Regulated Financial Services environment<\/li>\n<li>Able to demonstrate a proactive, hardworking, flexible attitude<\/li>\n<li>Great telephone manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 days holiday &#43;Bank Holidays<\/li>\n<li>Annual leave increases by 1 day per year, upto a max of 30 days<\/li>\n<li>Workplace pension<\/li>\n<li>Christmas and summer parties<\/li>\n<li>Regular Company social events<\/li>\n<li>Mindfulness sessions in the office<\/li>\n<li>Fruit bowl, healthy snacks, Nespresso coffee available all day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b> 04\/06\/2024<br \/>\n<b>Contract Type:<\/b> Permanent<br \/>\n<b>Submitted Applications:<\/b> 11<\/p>\n<p><a class='btn btn-block btn-primary theme-btn-primary' style='text-align: center;
