Your Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.<\/li>\n
  2. Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine accessories for each job.<\/li>\n
  3. Program and edit CNC machine code to optimise production processes.<\/li>\n
  4. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.<\/li>\n
  5. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.<\/li>\n
  6. Perform in-process inspections and use measuring instruments to ensure parts meet quality standards.<\/li>\n
  7. Collaborate with the engineering team to address design and manufacturing challenges.<\/li>\n
  8. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used and machine settings.<\/li>\n
  9. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to create a secure working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a minimum of 2 years in precision machining.<\/li>\n
    2. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.<\/li>\n
    3. Strong knowledge of CNC programming and the ability to edit programs as needed.<\/li>\n
    4. Expertise in setting up and operating CNC milling and turning machines.<\/li>\n
    5. Familiarity with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics.<\/li>\n
    6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
    8. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.<\/li>\n
    9. Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
