Please see the links* at the bottom the page, to find out more about DSV.<\/p>\n<p>DSV are recruiting for an experienced and motivated National RFQ Specialist to join our team of freight forwarding professionals in Feltham.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the UK RFQ process, from preparation to submission.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be astute in the RFQ process and will have a keen eye for detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-ordinate and manage the local RFQ process from preparation to submission<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with various stakeholders to gather all necessary information for RFQs, including internal departments, customers, suppliers and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and compile RFQ documents in accordance with RFQ requirements and company standards<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and evaluate RFQ documents, identifying potential risks and recommending solutions to ensure successful RFQ outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties \/ Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all RFQs are submitted in a timely and accurate manner<\/li>\n<li>Continuously monitor RFQ results and provide feedback to the relevant parties<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of all RFQ documentation and ensure they are filed and organized properly<\/li>\n<li>Participate in post-RFQ meetings with clients and internal stakeholders where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and manage periodic rate updates for awarded business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding &amp; pricing<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel &amp; Microsoft Dynamics<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not accept CV details from Recruitment Agencies unless DSV have engaged directly regarding the role requirements beforehand.
