JOB DESCRIPTION:<\/strong> Applications Engineer, Proposals Engineer – product handling solutions
A classic Applications Engineer \/ Proposals Engineer role supporting the field sales team by preparing and providing technical quotations for clients pre sale or order.
This will involve developing and implementing a solutions estimation template for use in presentations to clients, assessing specifications and scope to determine fit for purpose solutions and completing applications trials and further product development when required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:<\/strong> Applications Engineer, Proposals Engineer – product handling solution
\u00b7 You will ideally have a proven track record as a Proposals or Applications Engineer working for a manufacturing company supplying the industrial market.
\u00b7 Any specific experience of product or materials handling or process plant connectivity solutions would be advantageous.
\u00b7 You will be a qualified Mechanical Engineer and will be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
\u00b7 The company will also consider an experienced internal or technical support sales person.
