As an Enrichment Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring  delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises children\u2019s achievement and ability to develop.<\/p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for an Enrichment Teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure  and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst previous experience of working in an SEN\/ASC environment would be desirable, excellent teaching skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.<\/p>\n<p>Duties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>creating well-rounded students by offering extracurricular programs that go beyond traditional classroom learning<\/li>\n<li>Enrichment activities can cover a wide range of interests and skills, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Volunteering for charities<\/li>\n<li>Community sports<\/li>\n<li>Arts and music events<\/li>\n<li>Duke of Edinburgh award scheme<\/li>\n<li>Setting up a school magazine<\/li>\n<li>Coding workshops<\/li>\n<li>Learning musical instruments<\/li>\n<li>Yoga or cricket sessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About us:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Yiewsley Grange, we provide specialist education for 185 pupils, aged between 3.5 and 19. Located across two sites. Our Primary School, supports around c55 students. Our students are taught in smaller class sizes and all students work towards a variety  of qualifications dependent on their needs and ability.<\/p>\n<p>For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to children, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
