Our nationally renowned client within the construction industry is looking to appoint a Quantity surveyor to add to their ever-growing team to support in process and post contract services.<\/p>\n
The Quantity Surveyor Role<\/p>\n
The successful quantity surveyor will have a number of diverse schemes to get involved in from construction, healthcare, education and industrial. You will be given the opportunity to work on exciting and varied developments while having the opportunity to develop professionally with unrivalled support and training opportunities.<\/p>\n

\u2022 RICS Accredited Degree Qualification<\/p>\n
\u2022 MRICS or currently working towards<\/p>\n
\u2022 Professional background in a consultancy setting.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Previous experience in healthcare and\/or education projects would be advantageous.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Competence in managing projects from inception to completion.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Willingness to participate in design team and site progress meetings as needed.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Proficiency in preparing detailed cost estimates and tender documents.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to verify valuations accurately.<\/p>\n
