Our client are a leading provider of high quality supported living services for vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities needs and individuals suffering from other complex needs. The company is going through a further phase of rapid expansion and have a great opportunity for an inspiring Manager to join the team in Hayes\/Hillingdon, managing a Learning Disabilities Supported Living home.<\/p>\n
Ths role could suit someone with good care\/supervisory care experience, who is looking to step into a management role. You will have experience of working in mental health ideally and ideally have experience of arranging staff rotas and writing care plans, with a strong passion for delivering high quality, person centred care.<\/p>\n
