Role: Mobile Gardener.<\/strong><\/p>\n Location: Surey\/London<\/strong><\/p>\n Salary: Up to £30K<\/strong><\/p>\n We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a Maintenance Gardener for a prestigious portfolio of clients. Maintain<\/p>\n exceptional gardens and external spaces for high end properties in West\/North London, Surrey and the M4 corridor. Our extensive and varied portfolio of beautiful gardens needs an exceptional gardener who is committed to delivering a quality horticultural service to our clients.<\/p>\n Ideally, the successful candidate will have a recognised horticultural qualification and proven experience gardening at the highest level, both private domestic and commercial sites.<\/p>\n Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Horticulture<\/p>\n \u2022 All aspects of horticulture; specialised and more general<\/p>\n \u2022 All aspects of lawn care<\/p>\n \u2022 Chemical applications and record keeping (PA1 & PA6 preferable but not essential) – subject to training and supervision as required<\/p>\n \u2022 Ground clearance and seasonal work<\/p>\n \u2022 Sweeping and maintenance of hard surfaces \/ furniture within the gardens<\/p>\n \u2022 Tending to beds, borders and containers<\/p>\n \u2022 Specialised pruning and trimming<\/p>\n \u2022 Maintenance \/ cleaning of water features and day to day maintenance of irrigation systems<\/p>\n \u2022 Safe operation of machinery subject to training As well as exceptional horticultural ability the candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills \/ qualities:<\/p>\n \u2022 Cooperative and enthusiastic nature<\/p>\n \u2022 Ability to work positively in a team<\/p>\n \u2022 Willing to take direction and follow instruction as required<\/p>\n \u2022 Able to work independently and take ownership for work<\/p>\n \u2022 High levels of energy and self-motivation<\/p>\n \u2022 Strong attention to detail<\/p>\n \u2022 A pro-active and can-do attitude<\/p>\n \u2022 Good time-management \u2022 Ability to work under pressure<\/p>\n \u2022 Strong work ethic<\/p>\n \u2022 Integrity and discretion<\/p>\n \u2022 A desire to develop personally and undertake training<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 31\/05\/2024
