{"id":11339,"date":"2024-04-19T09:00:04","date_gmt":"2024-04-19T09:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/facilities-administrator-2\/"},"modified":"2024-04-19T09:00:04","modified_gmt":"2024-04-19T09:00:04","slug":"facilities-administrator-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/facilities-administrator-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Facilities Administrator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> Catch 22<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a322,000 &#8211; \u00a325,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 19\/04\/2024<\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Facilities Administrator <\/strong>to work with an established building services provider at their site near <strong>Stockton On Tees. <\/strong>This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their knowledge within the facilities management sector.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The core responsibilities for this role are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General data entry<\/li>\n<li>Provide administration support where necessary to all users<\/li>\n<li>Follow appropriate policies in respect of GDPR \/ Health and Safety etc<\/li>\n<li>Preparing reports, tenders, manuals and handbooks<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of building services tasks and organising engineers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of basic IT programmes (Word \/ Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate comfortably at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Good time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Experience scheduling jobs and works<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;Hours of work are <strong>Monday to Friday<\/strong> 8am &#8211; 5pm.
