Are you committed to helping students develop their abilities?<br \/>If so, GSL Education are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic <strong>Learning Support Assistant<\/strong> for a welcoming Primary school located in <strong>Burnage.<br \/><\/strong><br \/><strong>About the Learning Support Assistant role:<\/strong><br \/>You will be responsible for providing 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism, and behavioural difficulties. As the ideal candidate, you will be able to provide support with empathy and sensitivity  to help students reach their desired goals and support ECHP outcomes. Successful Learning Mentors will be able to create a warm and safe environment for students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the school:<\/strong><br \/>The fantastic and inclusive primary school, located in Burnage, prides itself in having a \u2018can-do\u2019 attitude and are looking to add to their roster of talented staff.
