Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n I am working with a fast growing business in the retail fit-out sector operating across the UK. The business is recruiting an experienced Estimator to join the expanding team. The role will report to the Managing Director.<\/p>\n Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Prepare accurate and timely estimates for materials, labour and other costs including carry out take-offs from drawings.<\/p>\n Communicate with sales team, project managers and engineers to ensure the estimate meets project requirements.<\/p>\n Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits nationwide as required to produce scope of works within budget<\/p>\n Prepare technical documentation.<\/p>\n Reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand the scope of work and client requirements.<\/p>\n Required skills and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n Extensive experience in an Estimator role preferably within retail fit-out or building services.<\/p>\n Experience in reading and accurately interpreting drawings and technical specifications.<\/p>\n Strong mathematical ability<\/p>\n Strong Excel skills<\/p>\n Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n Experience of AutoCAD preferred<\/p>\n The business can offer a competitive salary, car allowance and potential annual bonus.<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 30\/05\/2024
