{"id":11290,"date":"2024-04-18T17:00:06","date_gmt":"2024-04-18T17:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/fpa-manager-5\/"},"modified":"2024-04-18T17:00:06","modified_gmt":"2024-04-18T17:00:06","slug":"fpa-manager-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/fpa-manager-5\/","title":{"rendered":"FP&#038;A Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> High Finance (UK) Limited T\/A HFG<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a385,000 &#8211; \u00a3100,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 18\/04\/2024<\/p>\n<p>A leading London market insurance business are looking for a FP&amp;A Manager to join their Financial Planning &amp; Analysis team and will be responsible leading and delivering the annual and long-term strategic plan for the business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create the annual financial plan in partnership with the business to drive future profitable growth<\/li>\n<li>Manage and communicate with the various stakeholders of the plan<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the individuals responsible for forecasting to bring greater alignment across Finance between planning, forecasting and the analysis of actuals.<\/li>\n<li>Design and execute a rigorous planning timetable to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring financial performance against identified benchmarks.<\/li>\n<li>Management and development of expense MI (monthly \/quarterly) for inclusion in materials for Boards, executive management, committees and parent company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The successful candidate for this FP&amp;A Manager role will need to come from an FP&amp;A or business partnering background within the insurance industry, ideally within the London market.
