As a Lettings Lister\/Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success,  assisting in managing the lettings department, growing their market share all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Lister:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the lettings process.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct property valuations and compile accurate listings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property to attract potential tenants.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties involved.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in leading and motivating the lettings team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximise performance and productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and efficiently. <\/li>\n<li>Develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of available properties. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#163;25,000 &#8211; &#163;28,000 Basic <\/li>\n<li>Travel Allowance <\/li>\n<li>&#163;60,000 &#43; OTE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications and Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry, preferably within Prime Central London.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the lettings process, including property management, negotiation, and legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership abilities, with experience in motivating and managing a team.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing the lettings market.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate CRM software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you\u2019re interested in the Lettings Lister position and you possess the required skill set, then apply now.
