About the Role<\/p>\n
Are you an experience HR Professional?<\/p>\n
Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team, they offer free parking and hybrid working.<\/p>\n
You will be the first point of call for advice and support to the company and its employees. You be leading on all employee relations, HR analytics and identification of key themes, annual performance management process, and many more crucial aspects of HR.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Taking the lead on all aspects of employee relations including support investigations, hearing cases, supporting, and guiding managers.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Leading on analysing HR data and escalate any key trends\/themes to the HR Business Partners<\/p>\n
\u2022 Update HR policies as required in line with employment law changes<\/p>\n
\u2022 Updating templates\/forms\/processes in line with business need and policy changes<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support projects\/initiatives when required<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensuring bi-annual reviews and annual reviews are complete across the business as well as any performance enhancement plans<\/p>\n
\u2022 Provide advice and coaching for managers and employees<\/p>\n
Knowledge, Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
Essential:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience working at HR Advisor \/ Officer level<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to be self-driven and a self-starter<\/p>\n
\u2022 Innovative and creative \u2018can do\u2019 attitude and approach<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of work<\/p>\n
\u2022 Pro-active approach<\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent communicator who can build strong working relationships<\/p>\n
Desirable:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Hold Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification<\/p>\n
