Junior \/ Trainee IT Technical Support Helpdesk<\/strong><\/p>\n An opportunity for a recent A Level \/ BTEC Level 3 \/ Advanced GNVQ or Degree in IT level person looking for their first job, or, someone with a passion for IT and some previous IT Support experience, to start a career on a 1st & 2nd Line Helpdesk, supporting a company’s solution.<\/p>\n This role will come with full training on how to provide telephone and remote access support to the client’s customers, which are mostly hospitality businesses like hotels.<\/p>\n You will be supporting the Network Infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and AV (Audio Visual) systems.<\/p>\n Additional duties include pre-configuration and testing of devices: Routers \/ Switches, Servers, and AV equipment.<\/p>\n Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be comfortable customer facing over the phone and have a technical interest in learning to support IT networks.<\/p>\n Starting Salary – £2400 to £25000 depending on experience.<\/p>\n This is a full-time permanent job with paid holiday, pension etc.<\/p>\n Office Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n This is an office-based role in Billingshurst.
