The role manages a small team and joins the organisation as they go on a journey of commercialisation and betterment.<\/p>\n<p>The main responsibilities of the Interim Finance Business Partnering Manager will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the production of high quality management accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Review the current Month End process and make improvements where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Take a lead on Finance Business Partnering, acting as a critical friend to budget holders and aiding them in thinking more commercially.<\/li>\n<li>Train non-finance colleagues in finance, with a view of getting the organisation more financial savvy.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a team of management accountant and business partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The &nbsp;Interim Finance Business Partnering Manager position will be for a minimum of three to six months and will be hybrid working, a minimum of two days per week in the office. The post has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have previously led\/ managed a management accounting or business partnering team.<\/li>\n<li>Be immediately available or on a short notice period.<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent communication skills and have the ability to train both finance and non-finance staff.<\/li>\n<li>Be excited to work in an organisation that has ambitions to be better and offer a higher quality service to it\u2019s internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The office is based East of London and is commutable from Essex, East London and Kent.
