{"id":11085,"date":"2024-04-15T20:32:04","date_gmt":"2024-04-15T20:32:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/litigation-solicitor-2\/"},"modified":"2024-04-15T20:32:04","modified_gmt":"2024-04-15T20:32:04","slug":"litigation-solicitor-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/litigation-solicitor-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Litigation Solicitor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> TALENTWISE SOLUTIONS LTD<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> Salary not specified<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 15\/04\/2024<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coventry \/ Hybrid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Salary, Commensurate with Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are working in partnership with an award-winning, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500-recognised Coventry law firm, who are looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their busy team&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Litigation team deal with a wide range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters for both businesses and individuals,&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role will involve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Running a wide-ranging caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters which may include\n<ul>\n<li>contractual and commercial disputes<\/li>\n<li>consumer contracts<\/li>\n<li>intellectual property<\/li>\n<li>business ownership disputes<\/li>\n<li>construction disputes<\/li>\n<li>business regulation<\/li>\n<li>high court and country court litigation<\/li>\n<li>professional negligence<\/li>\n<li>landlord and tenant disputes<\/li>\n<li>debt recovery, insolvency and business recovery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with clients, advising them on litigation matters and keeping them fully updated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Suitable candidates will have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully qualified status (solicitor or FCILEx) with around 3 to 5 years&#8217; PQE<\/li>\n<li>Experience of running a wide-ranging litigation caseload<\/li>\n<li>Sound understanding\/knowledge of litigation law<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This is a full time permanent job,&nbsp;<\/strong>working 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
