This will include client relationships and the cost-effective and timely delivery of services. You will drive continuous improvement  across the business and further develop integrated transport solutions that deliver a premium and cost-effective service to our customers. You will have overall responsibility for producing, agreeing &amp; managing the Operational and Fleet budget.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking to speak with candidates that meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good working knowledge of the dangerous goods or highly regulated sectors <\/li>\n<li>Significant operational experience in both UK Transport and freight forwarding<\/li>\n<li>The ability to maximise the financial performance of the team and to enourage the growth of the business<\/li>\n<li>An effective communicator at all levels with the personal motivation and confidence to have a positive impact within the company and with clients<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience in developing management teams within a similar complex logistics operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The role is based on site full time and may have some requirements to travel to other location in the UK.
