Job Description:<\/p>\n
As a Looked After and Permanence Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who are in the care system or in need of permanence solutions.<\/p>\n
You will work closely with social workers, foster carers, adoptive families, and other professionals to ensure the well-being and stability of these vulnerable individuals.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
– Degree in Social Work.-<\/p>\n
– Social Work England (SWE) as a Social Worker<\/p>\n
– Proven experience in child protection social work.<\/p>\n
– Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to safeguarding children.<\/p>\n
– In-depth knowledge of UK child protection legislation and policies.<\/p>\n
