<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>THIS IS 100% REQUIRED:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>At least 5 years DB pension experience and knowledge is&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>essential.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>You will have a good knowledge of pensions, legislation and regulatory&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>requirements.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Recent involvement in implementing pensions related change within a pension administration environment, is&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>desirable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Excellent communication, listening and organisational&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>skills.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Be able to communicate complex pensions technical matters at a level appropriate to the recipient, exercising tact and diplomacy, where necessary<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ideally be educated to minimum GCSE Grade \u201c5\u201d or \u201cC\u201d in Maths and English or&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>equivalent.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A relevant qualification or progress with PMI examinations is&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>desirable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>THE ROLE IS LINKED TO THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS WISE:-(The&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Role reports&nbsp;into a Pension Administration Associate or Technical Manager)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Keep up to date with regulatory and market developments that affect pension&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>administration.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure that the implications of regulatory change affecting pension administration are understood and implemented within required&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>timescales.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Provide support to keep the business processes, member communications, internal guidance notes and technical training material up to date as required<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Deal with and provide guidance on technical queries as required<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Explain complex issues in a straightforward, easy to understand manner<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Research and development of solutions to new or unknown issues, making recommendations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Read, research and understand documentation and legislation to resolve queries<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Support, Implement and Maintain Information Security procedures and activities in accordance to the Company Information Security Policy, and other Company accreditations and awards<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Any other reasonable task as advised from time-to-time<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The benefits are exceptional &#8211;
