If so, I have a great  opportunity to join my client\u2019s property sales department based out of their offices in Tunbridge Wells.<\/p>\n<p>You will already have a background within an estate agent within property sales, have great communication and rapport building skills and have a genuine passion for the property industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrative assistance for busy Land &amp; New Homes Department<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of marketing material<\/li>\n<li>Developer\/Client liaison<\/li>\n<li>Sales progression<\/li>\n<li>Registering applicants<\/li>\n<li>Arranging and conducting viewings<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating sales.<\/li>\n<li>Purchaser and vendor care<\/li>\n<li>Updating the CRM system accurately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply for the role, you will have the following skills and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Great communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven background in Estate agency &#8211; selling properties.<\/li>\n<li>Full UK driving licence and own transport.<\/li>\n<li>Great IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using inhouse CRM systems.<\/li>\n<li>Organised and good administrative skills.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy working to targets and KPI\u2019s contributing to the success of the team\u2019s overall performance.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to join am expanding organisation that have a great name in their market and value their employees.
