The is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work for one of the best establishments in the area. Located on the outskirts of Sudbury, we have a fantastic chance for a passionate and switched on Chef de Partie to work in a multiple Rosette kitchen, cooking with some of the best fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.<\/p>\n
Our client has a large, superbly organised kitchen with a strong brigade of chefs, led by a dedicated and talented Michelin trained Head Chef who is looking for an eager and hands on Chef de Partie to join his award winning brigade.<\/p>\n
The ideal Chef de Partie will:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and determination
\u00b7 Have previous Rosette experience
\u00b7 Have good hygiene awareness and knowledge
\u00b7 Be competent in all sections of the kitchen<\/p>\n
Conveniently situated near Sudbury, Colchester and Ipswich, a driver is preferred for this role, however live in accommodation can be provided for the right applicant. <\/p>\n
