As an Exam Invigilation you will supervise students taking internal and external examinations throughout the school year.&nbsp;Individuals?who are also?willing to work as?Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistants?are also  encouraged to apply.? Daily?supply work and?long-term roles?are available.?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise Students?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Respond to questions, generally assist students to undertake set activities?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Assist with setting up examination venues (arranging tables, laying out equipment and examination papers)?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Distribute and collect examination papers\/scripts\/materials from candidates at the start and end of exams?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the Examination Room is conducive to examination conditions and minimize distractions?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the entry and exit of candidates to and from the Examination Room?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that examinations begin and end on time as scheduled?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Deal sensitively with candidates who have special arrangements?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Uphold standards of behaviour in the classroom this is a key role in supporting the day-to-day running?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>To work with GSL Education as an Exam Invigilator, you should:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have the right to work in the UK.<\/li>\n<li>Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Please NOTE that you must have an enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one through GSL Education?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <em>Please be advised that this role requires strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>For more information about any of the positions mentioned above, please contact Craig Mitchell at GSL Education as soon as possible.
