Seven Resourcing are looking for Teaching Assistants in the Portsmouth Area, to work on a supply Basis, with the options to work part time or Fulltime at both Primary and Secondary schools.<\/p>\n
Position: <\/strong>Teaching Assistants<\/p>\n Location: <\/strong>Portsmouth<\/p>\n Pay Details : <\/strong>£85 – £95 a day – Umbrella or PAYE – Rate are Flexible Depending<\/p>\n Job Description: <\/strong>We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant to provide support for the teacher and pupils working with an individual or groups in the classroom (and in the playground).<\/p>\n Key Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n – Ensuring pupils are kept on task and complete activities set by teachers.<\/p>\n – Deal with behavioural and special needs issues in conjunction with the teacher.<\/p>\n – Provide support and assistance to students as needed, maintaining a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.<\/p>\n – Help implement lesson plans to support for curriculum, assist with testing and assessment.<\/p>\n Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n – Experience in either teaching\/learning\/child support working environments, good literacy and numeracy skills, good communication skills with ability to form effective relationships with a variety of different people.<\/p>\n – Compliance – Proof of ability to work and live in the UK.
