�? Job Opportunity: Temporary HR Associate �? Duration: ongoing (with possibility of extension) <\/p>\n
We’re seeking a Temporary HR Associate to join our dynamic client’s team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting our HR department. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Onboarding Support: Assist in the smooth onboarding process for new hires. Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
Be the friendly face that welcomes new team members!
Candidate Referencing: Collaborate with hiring managers to verify candidate references. Conduct reference checks to ensure we’re bringing in the best talent.
Maintain accurate records of reference feedback. <\/p>\n
Provide administrative support to the HR team. Assist with employee record maintenance, data entry, and filing. Participate in HR projects and initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a positive work environment. Why Join Us?
