You must have a UK drivers licence as you will be working a mix of on site customer support and remote.<br \/>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/><strong>What will you be doing as an IT Field Engineer?<\/strong><br \/>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the technical point of contact for the customer whilst on site<\/li>\n<li>Work at a senior technical level within the business, contributing to solution design and leading on the delivery of allocated projects<\/li>\n<li>Provide all aspects of IT support as required by the customer<\/li>\n<li>Work with the customer to prioritise tickets in accordance with their requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all networked devices are up-to-date with necessary security patches, firmware, and Anti-Virus definitions<\/li>\n<li>Install and configure hardware, software, and networking equipment as required<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software and network issues<\/li>\n<li>Support colleagues with technical issues and contribute to the development of services delivered by the company<\/li>\n<li>Deliver 2nd and 3rd line remote support to customers where required<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to information security policies at all times<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with colleagues and 3rd parties as required to provide solutions to our customers<\/li>\n<li>Produce documentation for use both by the company and our customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> &nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/><strong>What experience do you need?
