Sports Coach – Oldham <\/strong><\/p>\n A dedicated and passionate Sports coach is required to work at a popular secondary school in Oldham, to join them on a full-time basis, to facilitate sports sessions from ASAP, on an ongoing basis, likely to be for the full academic year on a full-time basis. <\/p>\n This position is five days a week, full time, and is open to ECTs as well as experienced Oldham teachers. The role is also open to people with coaching experience and possible badges.<\/p>\n You will be required to become fully involved within the department & school, like a permanent member of staff, and attend departmental meetings when required. The school have a key focus on an investigative approach that compliments their well-researched pedagogy. You will also be required to mark the work and provide feedback along the way. <\/p>\n CONTRACT\/POSITION DETAILS<\/p>\n Location – Oldham<\/p>\n Position – Sports Coach<\/p>\n Start date – ASAP<\/p>\n Duration – Temp to Perm<\/p>\n End date – N\/A<\/p>\n Full time<\/p>\n Minimum rate of pay – £90 per day<\/p>\n Hours – 8:30 am – 4:00pm<\/p>\n EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n QTS, QTLS, PGCE, GTP, SCITT or equivalent<\/p>\n Previous experience teaching in a UK school<\/p>\n Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, we can provide training)<\/p>\n Up to date prevent Awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, we can provide training)<\/p>\n Up to date behaviour management & FGM training (essential, we can provide training)<\/p>\n Recent food technology teaching experience in the UK<\/p>\n TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:<\/p>\n Hold Right to Work in the UK<\/p>\n Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application<\/p>\n Provide a minimum of two professional child related references<\/p>\n Provide a full CV covering the last 10 years (including details regarding Secondary School education).<\/p>\n If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.<\/p>\n Unfortunately, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. <\/p>\n Prospero Teaching is acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy.
