We are currently working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading local sports clubs. The role is for a Clubhouse Manager to lead the bar, events and community hub to the highest possible standard. You will be working weekends and outside of normal working hours.<\/p>\n
As the Club House Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the non-playing activities, ensuring our club remains the go-to destination for both the members and the broader community.<\/p>\n
Your role will encompass:<\/p>\n
– Leadership over the bar, catering services, and clubhouse maintenance.<\/p>\n
– Orchestrating memorable events, from commercial bookings to their signature annual events, bringing together thousands from the local community.<\/p>\n
– Spearheading continuous improvement efforts to enhance our club’s offerings and reach.<\/p>\n

**Requirements:**<\/p>\n
– 5+ years of leadership experience in sports club management, hospitality, or related fields.<\/p>\n
– A valid driving license, personal transport, and insurance.<\/p>\n
– A personal bar license (or the ability to obtain one) and willingness to undergo DBS checks and first-aid training.<\/p>\n
