The shift pattern for this role run\u2019s from 07:30am \u2013 20:30pm.<\/p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys face to face interaction with people in a celebratory environment (no experience required). The role is easily accessible via public transport.<\/p>\n<p>In this role you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting in dressing students correctly in their graduation attire, and providing demos if necessary (training will be provided as to how to wear a gown)<\/li>\n<li>Searching students up on the system, taking card payments for gowns if they haven&#8217;t already been paid for<\/li>\n<li>Keeping stock topped up throughout the day<\/li>\n<li>Picking gown orders to give to graduates<\/li>\n<li>Managing the &#8216;gown return point&#8217;, ensuring that all gowns worn by students are returned and sorted into sizes Helping to move boxes and restock at the end of each day ready for the next morning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The specific date and shift times are as follows;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Set Up Day: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sunday 14th April &#8211; 09:30 &#8211; 14:30 (Approx.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Event Days:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday 15th &#8211; 10:30 &#8211; 17:00 (Approx.)<\/li>\n<li>Tuesday 16th &#8211; 07:30 &#8211; 17:00 (Approx.)<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday 17th &#8211; 07:30 &#8211; 11:30 (Approx.)<\/li>\n<li>Thursday 18th &#8211; 07:30 &#8211; 17:00 (Approx.)<\/li>\n<li>Friday 19th &#8211; 07:30 &#8211; 20:30 (Pack down times are an extreme approximation and can vary, flexibility required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dress Code<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All staff are required to attend wearing black, smart clothing. No sweatpants or distressed clothing. Smart, black jeans are acceptable, with suitable, comfortable footwear (not necessarily black, but a suitable colour).
