Location:<\/strong> Ely<\/p>\n
– Provide one-to-one and group support to children with special needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
– Assist with classroom activities, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students.
– Support students with personal care and hygiene tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
– Implement behavior management strategies in collaboration with teaching staff to support positive behavior.
– Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive and cohesive school community.
– Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior, adhering to school policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
– Previous experience working with children or young people with special needs.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and colleagues.
– Patience, empathy, and resilience to support children with diverse needs and challenges.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
– Willingness to undergo relevant training and development as required.<\/p>\n
